Well, not yet, but now I have your attention please read this as it is possible for Miku to be in Smash.
Go here, select your area, then click on ‘Smash Ballot’.
Just after today’s Nintendo Direct, a part on the official Super Smash Bros website opened, which allows us fans to vote for characters we’d like to see. The form is very easy to fill in if you’d like to see Miku; Type in Hatsune Miku as her name, type Project Mirai (and Project Diva if you want; I wouldn’t want her to look like she does in Mirai, but just adding Diva won’t work as it’s not on Nintendo consoles), and then please put something sensible in the ‘why you want them to be added section’. For example; ‘I feel Rhythm games are a massive genre now, but have no representation in Smash other than some trophies. The Hatsune Miku rhythm games are some of the best, and with her high-selling game on the 3DS it’s fair to say that many people would want this and it would sell incredibly well’ (Don’t copy that exactly though)
And that’s all you need to do! But just a few things I’d like to clear up first:
“But Miku isn’t even my favorite Vocaloid”
Okay, that’s more than fair, but I’d just like to point out that Miku will always be the most popular. Instead of sending in different Vocaloids I feel like we’d have more of an impact if we all go for the one that will get the most votes anyway. We have a much bigger chance of getting any Vocaloid representation that way and Miku is much more well known.
“Does Miku really have a chance of winning, though?”
YES! She really does. Remember, Miku won the most wanted singer at the Olympics that time? That was a worldwide thing. Imagine how much power the Vocaloid fanbase could have over a smaller competition like this. Even with Video Game fans specifically, Miku came 2nd in the most wanted Characters for Sonic & SEGA all-stars racing DLC. WE CAN WIN.
“But I don’t even like Smash”
That’s fine, but please still vote. It’s easy to do and will be amazing for the Vocaloid community as a whole. Thank you!

Sorry for reblogging my own post, but an anon pointed out that we really need to talk about money in these things; that people really would buy the game of even a whole console for Miku, and just how well the DLC would sell. So yeah… just incase you haven’t voted yet (or you want to vote again idk if that would work though).
